Reporting system for employees
We are proud of our employees and we want them to know that their voices are important in our company. We rely on our employees to help us by speaking up whenever any situation threatens our core values and ethics and our reputation. When an employee reports non-compliance and concerns, he or she provide us with the information necessary to remedy the situation. That's why we established a reporting system for our employees.
Additional channel of communication
The Securitas Integrity Line website is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is not meant to replace the responsibility of management, it is a complement. We encourage our employees to report their concerns to their supervisor, manager or local HR representative.
